I would have perferred a 21″ but the increase in price from the 19″ to the 21″ was too much. I’m very happy with the TV. I love that I can plug in my laptop into the TV and watch movies in DivX format.

The problem is youneed to shuffle the media player between the study and the loungeroom whenever you want to add new files so you can connect it to acomputer and copy the files across. Many media players can play files from flash memory cards aswell as USB devices such as a memory stick or external hard drive. Some media players also include a DVD player that can also readcomputer files burned to disc such as DivX video files. This meansyour media player can stay put next to the television but you’llstill need to ferry files from the study to the lounge room. “Network” media players get around this problem by linking tothe computers in your house via cable so you can stream moviesfrom the computer in the study to your television in the loungeroom. Don’t worry if you don’t have computer cables running to yourlounge room as many network media players also have built-inwireless networking. Another option is to use a HomePlug adaptorwhich lets your devices talk to each other through your home’selectrical wiring.
